To use at Room Temperature:
Place gently over closed eyes. Relax and enjoy the soothing effect as you unwind or meditate.
To Use Chilled:
Place eye pillow in clean plastic bag, then place in freezer for at least 30 minutes before use.
Once chilled, remove plastic bag, test temperature by placing pillow against the back of your hand to ensure it's not too cold.
Apply the chilled pillow gently over closed eyes for a refreshing and soothing experience.
Warnings:
Do NOT heat eye pillow in microwave. Avoid ingesting contents.
Keep out of reach of children and pets to prevent accidental ingestion of contents.
