Refunds & Returns

Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately on If the order has not been shipped, cancellation and a full refund will occur, however once the order has been shipped, we will revert to our returns policy.


Faulty/Damaged Items

We do not provide refund or replacements if you simply change your mind.

If you discover any issues with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your product via email to including a picture of the fault/damage along with your order number. Items will need to be returned before we can provide you with a replacement product or refund.

 As per the Australian Consumer law we will be happy to refund or exchange your purchase, if the goods have a major problem and are found to be faulty or have a manufacturers defect

For faulty or damaged goods your shipping costs will be refunded if the product is not replaced.

Please note that the refund can only be issued to the credit card account that was originally charged.
